Select & Confirm
Choose your service, preferred date and time slot using the booking panel above. We'll confirm availability and provide all details you need.

Deposit & Drop-off
Pay a 50% deposit to confirm your appointment. Drop-off details will be shared privately. Standard collection time is 2–4 days.

50% or full payment must be made beforehand for all wig services.

Every wig is subject to assessment for quality control and is at the client's own risk.

Standard collection time is 2–4 days, dependent on workload.

Last-minute appointments attract a K50 express fee (laundry) or K100 (construction/reconstruction).

A K30 penalty fee applies if your wig is not collected within the prescribed time, as touch-ups will be required.

Frequently Asked

How do I place an order? +
Use the booking panel above to select your service, pick a date and time, then send your pre-filled message via WhatsApp. You can also DM us on Instagram @wiglaunderette. We'll confirm your slot and share drop-off details privately.
How much deposit is required? +
A 50% deposit (or full payment) is required to confirm your booking. This is arranged via WhatsApp after you make contact. The remaining balance is due upon collection.
How long will my wig take? +
Standard turnaround is 2–4 days, depending on current workload and the service selected. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
What happens if I don't collect on time? +
A K30 penalty fee will be applied if your wig is not collected within the agreed time, as your wig will require touch-ups from sitting. Please arrange timely collection.
What is Wig Ventilation? +
Wig Ventilation is for balding lace only. Strands are not provided by us. The price is given only after an assessment of your wig — contact us via WhatsApp to arrange this.
Do you operate outside Lusaka? +
Yes — we operate online and serve clients nationwide across Zambia. Drop-off and collection details are arranged privately via WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
